Very Birdy Morning

Today's Greeting
This morning at my house there was a beautiful gathering of birds....they were all there: cardinals, nuthatches, downy and red-bellied woodpeckers, house finches, goldfinches, hummingbirds, wrens, and you-know-who - 7 of them! And one tiny ruby-crowned kinglet -
Two juvies left - 1 male and one female

Am I cute, or what?

Ollie - no doubt as to who the alpha male was in that big group...everybody moved aside till he ate, then they were all over each other eating.

Mom, taking a breather away from the rest of the gang.

Hey - how would it be if I perched up here on this branch?

At the moment I have a lack of birds...guess there's too much scavenging for nature's food...but they'll be back.

Your photos are just wonderful...always!

I love stopping by to look at your lovely photos.

I never see bluebirds in my area even tho I have lots of fruit trees and a couple nest boxes ready and waiting. I'm glad you got some good shots, I'll enjoy yours since I have none of my own;)
