There was a wonderful avian convention in the backyard today - The last two days have been gloomy: it has rained most of the day today, but that didn't keep my feathered friends away....EVERYBODY was there, and in just one hour, these beauties posed for me, as well as a few others...If I had put them all in the collage, the birds would just be too small.

That is just beautiful Helen.
So THAT'S where everybody is! We haven't a soul here. I miss em!
You created a beautiful collage.Putting all these birds together enhances the beauty of each.
What a wonderful variety of birds to greet you on a rainy day...but getting their pictures hopefully made your day a cheerful one! BYW, love your collage idea!
Helen: I'm not seeing many birds, they must have moved South. I gust love all of your shots in the collage. What a nice collection.
I did have a squirrel congreation in the back yard with four blacks and two greys at the Maple Tree at the same time.
That was a magical hour! Wow, what a variety you are showing here. I especially love the red bellied woodpeckers :-)
This is beautiful and I can already see it on a new card :-)...or poster? Really lovely and what wonderful visitors to have!
Oh, joy and rapture! Such a great group of visitors Helen!
Just a beautiful collage Helen.
What a great collage, full of such wonderful shots! I think the blueish red of the leaves adds such a nice color to the photos.
Wonderful collection! We also had rain and mist, and the birds just flocked to the feeders, especially the ones with rain guards.
How lucky to have such a wonderful day!!
This should be a framed print made available on your online store! It's wonderful! And that blue jay and red bellied really stand out!
A wonderful collection of beautiful bird pictures, Helen.
Wow, great photos and I like the collage you came up with.
Those are beautiful and I love the fall colors in the leaves!
You have such beautiful calming blog... I'm glad I've found you.

So far I've only seen one junco and no others migrating in from the north. The extra feeders are in place and waiting for their arrival.
