Remember

My dad served in the US Navy during WWII. I thought these photos that he made would be appropriate for Memorial Day.

"...For those in peril on the sea..."
Raising Old Glory..

Have a wonderful holiday, and remember all those men and women who have served in our military forces.
I am setting up your greetings for the next couple of mornings, and probably won't post again till Wednesday AM, when hopefully, all this internet problem will be fixed, thanks to the Geek Squad! I will try to look at your blogs in the meantime.

Beautiful, Helen! Love your red, white, & blue trio! And how very special to have those pictures your father made - have you put his info on the WWII National Memorial web site? If not - you really should consider doing that.
