If I hadn't seen the little yellow-rumped warbler fly to the ground, I might have worried about him a little - he looked sort of desperate. I thought maybe (hoped) that he was about to take a dust bath, but instead, he flew back into the trees.
Two of the kids...all seem to be making it...They are so beautiful!

A great capture, though I wished to see a little more of the parents head. Beautiful nevertheless.
Cheers, Klaus

Do you have a big open area and that's why you have bluebirds? Here I am living in Connecticut whose state bird is the bluebird and we've never had on. But goldfinches??? Yep, I have goldfinches!

Lin - thank you so much...
tsannie - no - I live in a subdivision with a tiny lot -BUT - behind my house is a tree line, a creek, and then a golf course....so it's good habitat. and we just have a lot of bluebirds in this area. We are blessed. I HOPE you get some.
