Before going to work....

I spied a titmouse in the bird tree....

A hummingbird posing for me......

Another - as cute as can be...

A lady for Ollie...whoopee!

And Ollie - my favorite to see!

This is what I've been waiting for - and Ollie let the female drink before he did - I think he's found one who suits him!

Hi,
Nice shots...
So did ollie find a mate finally? Happy for him if this is the case... Lucky you to see these humming birds.... Can you send us some, like a wrong-way migration kind of stuff... it is pretty calm over here concerning migrants for the moment ;-)

Glad to see Ollie is at least showing some interest in other ladies. Great photographs and wonderful sights before heading to work.

OMGosh, I am so jealous of your bird photos. They are gorgeous.

Ollie is so handsome but sadly it's too late in the season for laying eggs although it's never too late to love.

My second batch of babies just flew out into the big wide world with their parents right behind them. I've posted their growth photos if you stop by my blog. Perhaps our Gladys and Abner will return next year.

Yea Ollie...I'm happy he has finally chosen his lady...and your hummingbird pictures are very nice..those little titmice are always one of my favorites to see...they are quite the comics sometimes trying to get a little chip off of the suet feeders!!

I hope you had a wonderful summer Helen. Its strange in some ways for me to be sitting in one spot for so long after having been floating upon the breeze from one end of the country to the other. It was grand, but it is grand to sit in silence too. Lets keep on loving the birds and the lessons that they teach us.
