Very humorous photos.
Now that brought a smile to my face this morning...now I'm off to the shower!!!
These are wonderful! I just love seeing them enjoy themselves so much in the water. You really got great photos....the water is so sharp and every drop shows. Maybe the bluebirds were wishing he would hurry up so they could get in :-)
I always say, if you're going to take a shower, get your whole body and soul into it. What a great series of shots.
These are great pictures...wonderful detail. Thanks, you brought a smile to my day!! What type of bird is this?
Helen: That bird was having a ball. What kind is it?
Thanks everyone - It's a male house finch...

This was stunning! The lighting, the water action and your little feathered friend were perfect!
Water is the universal solvent. Even birds know that. Fun post.
I thought he was a male house finch.. I've only had one at my feeder---but have seen some females on occasion. I have two birdbaths (one big one in the yard and a small plate on the deck floor. The little ones LOVE the small plate and the big ones enjoy the bigger bath. GREAT pictures, Helen.
