Have a wonderful life, dear son....

Saturday it was dreary and rainy...My son and his fiance had planned a garden wedding (why, in November, I'm not sure) at a beautiful nature santuary, on the steps of a lovely old mansion, with reception in a tent....Well, it rained, and rained, and rained...so both wedding and reception were moved into the house. (No restrooms in the tent, and a fairly long, muddy hike back to the house). The best man had an emergency and couldn't come. But as these things go, it was very sweet and most beautiful.

Pensive groom

The happy couple..

Grandson Nick, with his beloved Uncle Rod.

Jack was good with the chopsticks..

The reluctant flower girl - Maddie vacillated back and forth about being the flower girl; in the end, she performed adorably. She looks a bit relieved to have it all done and over with.

Helen: Beautiful captures by you, as I would expect, of the wedding. I love the bare feet on the flower girl, simply precious.
