Home Again

We didn't get much in the way of pictures - It got really cold (REALLY cold - 30's), and the wind was fierce! But it was still good to get away.

Today's Greeting

Barn swallow nestlings...under the entrance to the park.

There are a few swallows' nests up at our mountain house. You took a great pix. I love how baby birds are just like human babies!

i simply can't pass up this photo of the swallows without saying awwwwww...so sweet! swallows are one of the birds i love best partly for their willingness to nest close and always for their beautiful flight! i commented on and linked to your site in a post the other day because i can see you are very dedicated and accomplished bird person. i would love to be able to photograph as well as you these lovely creatures. Enjoy your grandchildren/grandchild helen!
