Bloopers!

Ordinarily I wouldn't dare let anyone see pictures this bad, but they were so bad, they made me laugh. How in the world did these birds get so fluffed up and in such crazy poses?! She wasn't making any noise - just opening and closing her mouth - it looked like she was panting.

And this is just plain silly. He looks like the flying dutchman!

Oh my gosh! You made me laugh!! They look like birds that ran off to join the Circus. Great captures. I do not know what either were doing!

Crazy - and I must be crazy to post those lousy pictures! But I'm glad you laughed - I'm all for anything that brings smiles.

LOL> Looks like the molt is rough on some. LOL Even in nature there are some odd ones out. Just tonight I stopped to look at a couple deer and said "wow, you are one mangy looking creature!" But I guess if I was shedding like they are, putting up with ticks and getting ready to give birth I would probably look MUCH worse! Thanks for sharing the realities...Your not crazy, just entertained!

Thanks Stacey - but photos where the eyes are not good usually get the kiss of death immediately (death is spelled d-e-l-e-t-e!)

Lin - I always love the "ruffled feathers" but these were so bad, they will end up in the recycle bin.

I might have to start calling Mr C "Rushmore." Did you notice the profile made by the edge of his tail? What a nutso picture.
